         Isha joined Birchmont Consulting in July 2026 as a Summer Financial Analyst, creating strategy presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing materials for capital advisory engagements. She previously interned in ESG and Risk Management Consulting at MNP LLP in 2025, analyzing financial and sustainability data for British Columbia credit unions. She is a finalist in the Waterloo Financial Literacy Competition and winner of the Python’s Pit Pitch Competition.

         Isha will graduate with HBA from Western University, Ivey School of Business.
