Andy Ramanujam

Andy is a senior finance and strategy executive with over 25 years of

leadership experience across Finance, Strategy, and Transformation. He has served as CFO, Vice President, and Director of Finance at PepsiCo, Clorox, Whirlpool, Ventura Foods, and The Butcher Shoppe, leading FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, and Corporate Accounting.
 

Earlier in his career, Andy spent over 5 years at A.T. Kearney, advising C-level

executives at global organizations including Caterpillar, Dow Chemicals, Anheuser-Busch InBev, TD Canada, Bell Canada, Emerson Electric, and the Government of Canada on strategy, M&A, procurement, due diligence, and business transformation.
 

              Andy received PepsiCo Canada's highest individual honour, the 2016 Gord Watkins Collaboration & Leadership Award, along with multiple Best of the Best Awards for his contributions to Financial Planning, Brand Value Index, and Pricing Strategy.
 

              He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Professional Certificate in Investments from Columbia Business School, an M.S. in Polymer Engineering & NSF Scholar from the University of Akron, and a B.Eng. (Distinction) in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, where he graduated with the University Gold Medal.
